Website access and hosting
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI Ireland Ltd. using Cloudflare infrastructure. Connection data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information are processed to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, reliable operation). Hosting data is covered by the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum. Transfers outside the EEA may occur; OpenAI specifies standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions for these transfers. Retention depends on the operational and security purpose and legal duties.
Contact by email, telephone or WhatsApp
I process your contact details and enquiry to respond to you. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the legitimate interest in responding). Email is handled through Yahoo; contacting me through WhatsApp also involves using the WhatsApp service. Telephone and email are available as alternatives.
Enquiry retention
Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer needed, unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons require continued storage, such as completing an order or defending legal claims.
Contact form
When you submit the form, your name, contact details, message and any vehicle and service details are sent to Formspree, Inc. and forwarded to my email inbox. Formspree also processes technical data such as IP address and browser information to operate and secure the service. Processing also takes place in the USA. This form does not upload photos. Contact is voluntary. Your name, contact details and message are required to submit the form so I can identify and answer your enquiry. Vehicle and service details are optional. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries (responding to requests). Formspree stores the submission and forwards it by email. The provider states that it uses standard contractual clauses for international transfers. I do not use automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used on this website to provide aggregated statistics about page visits and technical performance. The service uses a JavaScript beacon and, according to the provider, does not set cookies or use browser local storage to collect these usage metrics. External links and local content
Google Maps and WhatsApp are opened when you follow their respective links. Social media icons are graphics only. Photos and review excerpts are served locally. The page code sets no cookies of its own and does not use browser local storage. Hosting services process technical connection and security data.
